Yes. There is no separate design or development fee. You pay for your selected monthly or annual website plan before production begins.
When does the delivery window begin?
The target delivery window begins after payment is complete and we have all required onboarding information, content, assets, and domain access. Standard launches target 72 hours; Annual Priority targets 48 hours. These are targets, not guaranteed deadlines.
Is a domain included?
One standard available domain is included and managed as part of your active plan. Premium domains and domains owned by another party may involve additional costs.
What if my first domain choice is unavailable?
We’ll help identify an appropriate available alternative. A domain cannot be guaranteed until registration is complete.
How do I request website changes?
Submit an eligible change through our simple request form. Our system processes the request, so you don’t have to edit the website yourself.
What kinds of changes can I request?
Standard content changes include business hours, services, contact details, written content, and images. Major redesigns, advanced integrations, or entirely new functionality may require a separate quote.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle the domain, website setup, hosting, launch, and ongoing technical maintenance.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. We can connect an existing domain after receiving the necessary access or configuration information.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly service requires a 12-month agreement, totaling $600. Domain transfer, website access, renewal, and cancellation are handled according to the service agreement presented during checkout. Review that agreement before purchasing.
